Happy Wednesday, Hump Day, aaaand second to last day of the month??? I feel thrown off because I always forget that February is a shorter month. Shoutout to all of the leap year babies out there who have a birthday tomorrow! <3
I have been on a sourdough grind this past week. Basically everything I make I am adding sourdough discard to lol…Everything from pancakes to crackers & granola. My favoooriteee being wild blueberry sourdough scones *recipe is belowww*.
Also an exciting week because I launched the Gut Feelings podcast on Sunday right here on Substack! Yay! Wild Blueberry Sourdough Scones
with brown whipped honey butter…..
*makes 8 small scones*
Ingredients
2 cups flour (I used Artisan Bread Flour, but AP works)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup maple syrup
