Foot care is so overlooked, so we love to see it on this list - we find there are certain areas of the body that are harder to relax, and this is one of them. Low-stimulation activities is another great reminder, as well as logging off (which is, we find, a constant battle). Amazing tips!

You have led me to the majority of my favorite health and wellness products and are the reason I got into mouth tape in the first place! I had the same issue with chapped lips but I have found that The Ugly Sleep Clubs collagen infused mouth tape is a game changer for that! My lips are more hydrated in the mornings after using this mouth tape. ♥️

Linen sheets are a dream but just so expensive 😭 still justifying this in my head, is this a sign ? 😂

I know they are quite pricy. I love them a lot I really think they've made a positive impact on my sleep (and I sleep in them every night for 8+ hours), so for me that has justified it.
