Mid-Year RoundUp
2026 Gut Feelings at a Glance
Heyyyy friends we are officially halfway through the year!!!!
I wanted to take this moment to look back at everything we’ve cooked, sipped, baked & explored together so far this year!
From morning creamy bevs to homemade froyo, this roundup gathers every recipe published to Gut Feelings in 2026 (over 75+ so far), organized so you can find exactly what you are craving. PS—I also have a roundup that gathers ALL of my recipes, categorized & in alphabetical order in my recipe index:
So in case you missed any of it (or are just discovering Gut Feelings now, hiii!) this is just a glimpse of what a Gut Feelings subscription brings each year: hundreds of recipes, seasonal guides, wellness rituals & deep dives delivered straight to your inbox, with so much more still to come this year.
Below, you’ll find the full archive sorted by category, followed by a dedicated Summer Recipes section, a curated list highlighting peak summer produce (think stone fruit, corn, tomatoes, melon, and fresh herbs) for easy reference on things to make this summer!
And beyond the recipes, it’s been a season of reflection too! From rituals for the Summer Solstice & how to make this year whimsical, to simple shifts for better sleep and digestion. You can find those essays and guides linked at the end. Enjoy!

This is incredible! Thank you for putting everything in one spot.
