Discipline is has turned into our collective detriment - we have made ritual into a “duty” to belong…rather than a devotion to ourselves.

That heavy masculine approach is damning to the feminine flow - the balance comes when you forgive the aspect that is trying to be “good” to belong - and realize your belonging is unwavering & deeply enriched in your capacity to evolve 🫁🕊️🪄🌊❤️‍🩹

I feel this same way when getting back from vacation. I’ve been also implementing some of these mindset shifts for a more peaceful blissful experience in my day to day life 💛

I couldn’t agree more! Health isn’t black and white! This was a beautiful article that I enjoyed reading partially because I love writing about nourishment and rest, relaxation and vacations too, but also because of the connection and statements you made about mindset. Rewriting the narrative that we’ve been told about what we NEED to be healthy is often advice or the story we adopt not the one we create for ourselves. Creating abundance and focusing on what we can ADD to our lives not withhold is a powerful way to create healthier habits! :)

Love this Ella. Forever rejecting the black and white mindset :) a healthy girl is a free girl, and one that can adapt to the ever changing seasons of life.
