I really second nettles! I love a tea combo with plantain, nettles and elderflower, taken as a daily infusion starting a month before allergy season until after it's over.

Are there any essential oil sprays to help?

I usually just get pure essential oils and put them in a diffuser, a couple drops on my hands and neck and inhale, or make my own spray/roll on!! & then I love cymbiotika's magnesium spray

Thanks for the tips. I use Flonase nasal spray and it keeps my allergies at bay. Not sure what inhalation every day is doing to the rest of me. I also use Allegra when needed which was recommended by my allergist.

Good list besides Chiropractors... no, they don't help allergies. They may tell you they cure all aliments, but just look into the history and science behind it... it's quackery, literal snake oil.
