What types of workouts do you do?
Q: What herbal teas do you drink? I’m trying to get into them. An oncology nurse told me she’s seen them do amazing things.
Ahhh yes I love herbal tea so so much. Herbs are such an incredible form of nourishment, and have so many benefits. It is a simple ritual that hydrates, and also provides a sense of peace and calm. I sip on tea all day long.
I love loose leaf tea — there are a few blends that I love but also just pure teas as well so I will list a few of my favorites.

Heavenly Teas*. They recently sent me their tea sampler and I fell in love with so many of them so ended up bulk ordering a ton. I love the peppermint, cleanse, ginger jazz, digestion, hibiscus, chamomile and the creamy rooibos chai is delicious.
By Achilles Tea*. They have two amazing blends that I love love love — tummy kind & clear skin.
Organic Olivia*. All of her tea blends are fabulous — you can choose by benefit.
Healing the Source*. Love all of her blends as well.
Q: Hi! I’ve been struggling with congested combo acne prone skin for all my teens and 20s and have tried many different products but am now trying to eliminate certain things from my diet to see if it’s more of a diet related thing for me. I want to know if coffee might be a culprit to my skin imbalances and what you’d recommend drinking daily as a replacement and if you see any skin benefits from not drinking coffee. Also if it’s worth it to go fully gluten free, dairy free and sugar free as well. Thank you :) Also, I understand that non-comedogenic doesn’t necessarily mean a product is clean. I try to use the cleanest products possible, but I wonder if I might benefit from something that isn’t technically clean but is non-comedogenic. Would using a non-clean product potentially have a negative impact on my skin?
