PB Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I come from a family of chefs. My entire family loves to cook and bake from scratch. We all have our expertises, and my sisters is baking.

Everything she bakes turns to gold, which is hard to do. So of course since I have a Christmas Cookie Party Exchange today — I turned to her.

The first recipe I thought to make was my family’s famous peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies, which are the most nostalgic to me. These were the cookies we’d leave out for Santa Claus with a glass of milk when we were younger.

But I also thought of making my sister’s brown butter chocolate chunk cookies, which are another crowd favorite.

Because I am incredibly indecisive — we both agreed it would be best to just combine the two. So here they are, peanut butter browned butter chocolate chunk cookies, a mouthful of a name, a spectacular mouthful of a bite.
