Good morning friends & happy Sunday! I am sitting here sipping my coffee and dipping in a blueberry scone — they are too good.
For anyone new here, hi! Included in my twice-weekly emails, I send out these meal shortcuts twice a month (every other Sunday). I say meal shortcuts because I am really not a meal prepper, I don’t like to be put in the box of having to eat the same thing every day even when I am not craving it, just because I made it. BUT at the same time I do like the idea of ‘lil shortcuts that make my life throughout the week easier. So that’s what these are.
