I love when the first of the month falls on a Sunday. ‘tis the month winter turns into spring and I literally cannot wait. It snowed this morning but now the sun is shining which I feel like perfectly encapsulates how this month is going to feel.
We gotta lot of color this month showing up at the farmers market, and so of course we’re using it all in March’s seasonal menu. One bev, one appetizer, one entree & one dessert. I am highlighting citrus, radish, chard, carrots & more.
On the Menu:
