Helloooooo my beautiful friends! Deep dive coming soon — but before then, one of the NUMBER ONE questions I receive is an inquiry on my favorite products, brands, what I use and recommend, and if I have a code. So I thought I would make it extra easy and link every one of my favorite products that I use here.

Before I get into it I wanna say, overconsumption is real and I don’t want to add to that. It is so so important that when it comes to health and well-being, going back to basics before anything else is most important (I go over what to evaluate when it comes to basics HERE). Outsourcing our problems through a short-term dopamine hit of buying something is not going to solve problems long-term. We gotta tune into our bodies.

These are the brands that I know, I love, I trust, and I consistently use that I am sharing with you! You may not need them, they may not heal you, but they may be used to optimize and support you (built on top of the foundational pillars of health!). We are all different, so what works for me may not work for you.

On each recommendation I list out an explanation of the company, why I use and love them, and my personal favs!

Organs are some of the most nutrient-dense bioavailable forms of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids and nourishment. It is said that organ meats from animals support organs in our bodies, for example beef liver may support our liver. However, it is not as easy to find access to quality fresh organ meats and incorporating eating them may seem a bit intimidating. Specialty formulated herbal blends that actually work. I have always loved herbal medicine. I think it is so fascinating and amazing and the tradition of it is very special. I am a big believer that western medicine and herbal/holistic/eastern medicine can work beautifully and harmoniously together, and Organic Olivia shares in that belief. Ingredient traceability and sourcing is super transparent on their website which I love. Air purifiers have made a huge difference in quality of life. From the energy I have throughout the day while working to better sleep at night. I deal with less allergies and just feel better overall. Because I am able to breathe cleaner air, it positively affects my entire system. I swear by the Air Doctor, they are the best IMO. I have a small one and a medium sized one in my bedroom and living room. The first time you change the filter you will be shooooook at what you were breathing in before.

Red light for the WIN. Boncharge creates some of my favorite products, so I am going to highlight each one. Red light therapy mask + red light therapy devices, these are so healing the benefits are incredible from external skincare (changed my skin) to internal cellular healing. Circadian Rhythm Friendly lights have changed my life - the bulbs offer three different settings a harsh sun a soft daylight and a night time, when I switch to nighttime when the sun goes down I fall asleep so much easier at night and am able to wind down. AquaTru Water Purifier

I am sorry to break it to you but our tap water is not cutting it. Unfortunately it is filled with toxins, check out the EWG database to see exactly what, that are detrimental to our health over time. The best water to drink is pure spring water, but filtered water is important over tap. I have the reverse osmosis system plug in from AquaTru, but they also have a great tabletop filter. This filter is legit and actually purifies water, unlike many of the greenwashing companies out there *cough cough Brita* that claim to filter and purify but actually don’t.

Many of the every day chemicals and cleaning products that we come in contact with have a detrimental impact on our health, especially if they are in your home. I’ve never been a protein powder girl tbh. I’m really sensitive to it - it makes me break out in hives or get stomach issues or break out on my face. My body has never felt good with it until now!!!! My morning is not complete without my matcha, and matcha has incredible health benefits from skin to gut to cellular health. BUT quality matters!! The quality of teas we consume make a big difference in health (unfortunately a lot of teas have microplastics, pesticides, and toxins). Bone broth is one of the most healing foods. It was the first animal product I incorporated back into my life after being plant based, and it is one of the main things I point to when I think about healing my gut issues.
