Butttt before getting into that. It is the last day of March & I feel like it flewwww by. So let’s get into my FAVS for this last month.
PS: I share last weeks giveaway winner at the end!
March Favs
Citrus Juicer. I have been using this almost daily because it gets every drop of juice from my oranges and lemons, and it also just looks cool doing it. I just keep it up on top of my counter because I love the look of it.
Tinned Fish. I have been on a tinned fish kickkk. I realize that this weirds some people out, I was one of those people….buttt you just gotta find the fish you already enjoy and then start there. I have been loving this yuzu olive oil tuna belly & this smoked salmon (they have both at my local market). It is such an easy way to add some protein to any meal with absolutely no effort.
Circadian Friendly Light Bulbs. *Boncharge Discount is ELLA15* I made the switch last month from all the lightbulbs I had in my house to circadian friendly ones that have different settings that mimic sunlight. There is a bright one that is bright day sunlight, a softer daylight, and then a warm soft nighttime bulb that I turn on once the sun goes down to prepare my body for bed. It has made such a big difference on my mood, my sleep, my energy, and I am obsessssed. Wish I had done it sooner.
Posture Noodle. I am slouched over pretty much all day, and I have a lot of back problems because of it. I started going to chiropractic care this year at In8LoveWellness (which has been life changing within itself….if you live in LA and been looking for holistic chiropractic/acupuncture/etc…) I definitely recommend checking it out. You can use “ELLA” to make your first X-ray consult appointment only $XXX. Anyways TANGENT…but I have rehab home care to do to help set my spine and neck back to the correct adjustment, and one of thos is the posture noodle! I do it 5-7 times a day just for 2 minutes (you aren’t supposed to do it any longer otherwise your muscles will get lazy) but it has made a difference on my posture and always feels so good.
Magnesium Spray. I shared this with you guys earlier this week in the chat but magnesium spray has literalllyyy changed my sleep. I used to only take oral magnesium glycinate but I have slowly just been shifting to using the spray before bed because it really has made such a positive impact in how quick I fall asleep and stay asleep. That and reading before bed (ACOTAR series….iykyk). THIS *Cymbiotika Discount is ELLA15* is the spray I have been using I spray it on my feet before bed, but I have also been loving THIS new spray *Primally Pure Discount is 15ELLA* to spray on my stomach during my luteal or menstrual phase if I am feeling any PMS symptoms it really helps with that as well.
Herbal Bitters. OK if you know me you know I try to take herbal bitters before every meal and have been for years. Recently I have been love love lovvving Organic Olivia’s *Discount is glowwithella* digestion juice & glucose bitters. Really helps reducing gas, bloating, rebalancing stomach acid and helping to break down, digest and absorb food better.
Wonder Oven. I am SO SO excited because I just got a wonder oven finalllyy. It is an air fryer, toaster, oven & steamer in one. I just love it for those times when I don’t feel like preheating the whole oven, and it also sits so pretty on my counter.
Okkaaayyyy now I am hungry. So let’s get into the gooooods :)
