Agreed. Deep sleep gives the brain time to clear waste, settle inflammation, and reset the systems that dictate mood and judgment the next day.

ella, i know this is a bit out of your range, but do you think under nourishing is contributing to poor sleep quality? not to get too into it, but I think it’s preventing me from being able to fall asleep :(

hi Frances! I definitely think undernourishment will contribute to poor sleep quality. Malnutrition can lead to many imbalances in the body, and our body is a holistic system that works together. These imbalances often lead to sleep disruption. Properly nourishing our bodies allows them to feel safe, and vis versa. I’m sorry you are not feeling well :( Is there any way I can help you find a next step? xo

I heard Brooklinen's quality has really gone downhill, so I'll be trying the linen sheets from Garnet Hill instead. But I bought the red light you recommended and can't wait to try it! 💜

interesting! I love my Brooklinen sheets but let me know what you think of those!! So excited for you to try the red light it’s the besttt

I will! 💜

Linen looks like an investment, so I've been researching constantly lately haha. I think I'm actually leaning between Lilla & Charles, or Linoto now! Lilla & Charles uses a different kind of wash, but Linoto seems more durable (but more pricy). I don't want to spend a bunch and then have the sheets get holes eventually 😅 I heard really good ones can become heirlooms! But I'm mostly just tired of how cheaper sheets pill lol
