Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup
heirloom tomato & basil bisque to be exact...aka hyperfixation
Hey there :) Good morning. Writing in sipping on some warm shilajit lemon water, about to literally pour myself a glass of the tomato soup I made last night it’s so good.
One of the most FREEING things I ever did that was a small step to allowing me to listen to my body was letting myself eat whatever I want for breakfast. Ahhh free will.
But seriously - WHAT is a “breakfast” food? There is truly no such thing, it is made up. If I crave eggs and hashbrowns and bacon for breakfast that is great, but if I crave a soup and sandwich for breakfast or a steak, I am going to eat that too.
I am a firm believer that our body is smarter than us. It always knows deep down what we need, and it is CONSTANTLY communicating with us.
Rebuilding that trust with your body and it’s messages is the first step into making HUGE changes for your health. That starts with working on your intuition.

So basically what I am saying is yes, like me, you should probably eat this grilled cheese & heirloom tomato soup for breakfast. You will probably also want it for lunch and dinner. It’s that good.

I have said hyperfixation before….but this time I really mean it. I mean proven above, I have this grilled cheese + tomato soup almost weekly. It is all I ever want when the weather gets gloomy. Even better on a rainy or snowy day.
I have made countless tomato soups, but this heirloom tomato and basil bisque is unlike ANYTHING. It’s creamy yet light and BURSTING in flavor. It pairs so perfectly with the crispy cheesy grilled dippers. Enjoy <3
