Hey hey hey hey hey. Happy Wednesday (that rhymes and I am tempted to keep going but I won’t) — It is time for Q&A of the month. At the end of the month each month I drop a question thread in the subscriber chat — and then answer them all here!

Q: I remember you mentioning you dealt with SIBO. Could you share your experience and the process you went through?!

Q: I would love to know the SIBO, all that encompasses the gut part as well. I have worked with functional practitioners before but depending who you work with, they will have a different approach to it & I get frustrated that I eat so well & yet have issues with bloating, etc. And I see how diverse Ella’s food consumption is & I would like to be able to get there as well.

Q: I’m currently in the process of treating SIBO, candida, and low stomach acid with a functional medical practitioner and saw you once had similar diagnoses. I was wondering what habits during your treatment that you still carry to this day after fully healing/what changes have been the most impactful for you long-term?
